Eligibility Requirements

• •Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• •Sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. 1. Email us at team@sunspire.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return.
2. 2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label.
3. 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier.
4. 4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
